Fixed inability to delete save files in-game on console. The patch included fixes regards to save files and game-breaking bugs where players can't progress through the game anymore. While no official patch notes were ever released by both EA or Motive Studio, a moderator for the official Dead Space subreddit has released the patch note for 1.04 update instead. These included game-breaking bugs, such as where players are thrown into an empty void whenever they switch weapons or not being able to find key items caused by spawning issues throughout the game. The 1.04 patch on February 3, 2023, was released to fix numerous bugs present in the game.
