It makes for a nice foundation to build on. And, in my book, nothing looks more refined than a black set. To me, the magic is the matching set - it looks intentional, even though it’s super casual. This year, I treated myself to a new set of sweats in black - they are my “going out” sweats, hah. I still have my quarantine sweats and still love them - although they are coming apart at the seams, so I reserve them for PJs. They are just so cozy and warm and I prefer their classic sporty appeal over a chic lounge set. If I’m headed to hang out at a friend’s house for a Netflix night, I’m in sweats too. When I’m at home, I’m pretty much always in sweats. A good pair of sweats is essential to my winter wardrobe.
